In deliverable D1.4 an overview of the risk management processes in PEPPERONI as well as an assessment of the project risks is provided. Every work package (WP) leader received the existing risk registry and was asked to assess their WP’s risks as well as to identify new or emerging risks. The answers were compiled into an updated risk registry, reviewed, and approved by the WP leaders. Altogether, the PEPPERONI consortium assessed 12 risks, and their respective mitigation measures were adjusted or determined. As two unforeseen risks materialised, they were added to the list as they still pose a risk for the next project periods. The risk management, which includes risk monitoring and discussion of potential risks, will follow the approach shown in the figure.
