Tandem cell processed on full m6 wafers (D3.7, M32 - June 2025)

Three PEPPERONI project partners have been actively working on the top-cell development via different processing routes: HZB using vacuum-based perovskite-deposition methods, CSEM using solution-based and hybrid processes, and QC selecting one relevant process route for industrialisation. The objective of this deliverable was to demonstrate a perovskite/Si tandem solar cell with an active area >200 cm2, excluding the wafer edges, an objective achieved by QC.
