This deliverable focused on the demonstration of full-size tandems of industrial dimensions, meaning including the edges of the wafer in the active area, as in an industrial product. Partners from QC and CSEM made breakthroughs in the framework of PEPPERONI in this regard, demonstrating high efficiency cells of medium (CSEM) to large, industrial dimensions (QC). QC fully achieved the deliverable targets, with a certified PCE of 28.6% obtained with a full-size M10 tandem (with an active area of 331 cm², edges included, i.e. total area measurement).
